摘 要 摘要 随着远程教育的发展和普及，如何保证远程教育的教学质量成为关系到远程 教育成败的关键。远程教育评估运用现代科学方法和技术手段，收集并处理评估 对象的数据资料，并以既定的评估标准为依据对评估对象的教学质量做出分析和 判断，促进远程教育的发展和进步。 远程教育评估系统正是收集评估对象相关信息，供评估专家进行评价与决策 的支撑平台。问卷调查是远程教育评估系统的一部分，它采用从题库中抽取问题 自动生成问卷的方式，通过网络站点发放问卷，收集问卷结果并运用统计分析方 法进行分析，将问卷分析结果展现给专家，作为评估的依据之一。 本文首先分析问卷调查存在的技术难点，研究了攻克这些技术难点的关键技 术。针对评估指标的特点和现有组卷算法的不足，设计了一种面向指标体系的混 和组卷算法实现问卷自动生成。然后采用Cookie 与IP 相结合的防止重复投票技 术确保问卷结果的真实，并运用模糊综合评价法、态度量表分析模型、模糊查询 技术对问卷结果进行统计分析。最后，应用这些关键技术对远程教育评估系统中 的问卷调查进行了实现。 本文得到国家 863 基金项目“基于国产LINUX 的网络教育教学质量国家评 估系统与网络教育机构教学质量自我评价系统”(2004AA1Z2520)的支持。 关键词：远程教育评估 问卷调查 自动组卷 Abstract Abstract With the development and popularization of the distance education, the teaching quality assurance has become a matter of life and death for distance education. Distance education evaluation collects and disposes the data information of evaluation object by modern science method and technology means. The teaching quality of evaluation object is analyzed and judged by Evaluation expert in terms of established criterion, which would accelerate the development and advancement of the distance education. Distance Education Evaluation System is a data-collecting platform on which expert can evaluate and come to a decision. Questionnaire survey is a part of distance education evaluation system. The ideas and attitude of survey object are known by questionnaire sheet on website, which is one of the evaluation evidence for evaluation decision.
