杠杆课程设计
Example of curriculum design of mechanical manufacturing foundation
I. Preface
The basic course of mechanical manufacturing was carried out after we finished all the basic courses, technical basic courses and most specialized courses. This is a thorough and comprehensive review of the courses given by the students before graduation. It is also a combination of theory and practice. Therefore, it occupies an important position in the students four years of University study.
Two, parts analysis
1. function of parts
The given part is the universal joint sliding fork on the transmission shaft of the Jiefang automobile chassis. It is located at the end of the drive shaft. The main role is to transfer torque, so that the car to get forward power; two, when the car rear axle leaf spring in a different state, the parts can be adjusted by the length and location of the transmission shaft. The two fork parts of the part are provided with two Phi 39mm holes for installing the needle bearing and connected with the cross shaft, so as to play the role of the universal coupling. Spline shaft parts with 65mm outer circle is Phi 50mm spline hole and the shaft ends, for power transmission purposes.
2. process analysis of parts
The universal joint sliding fork consists of two sets of machined surfaces, with certain position requirements between them. The following are stated below:
(1) machining surface centered on phi 39mm hole;
This set of machined surfaces consists of two holes of phi 39mm and their chamfer, a dimension of 118mm perpendicular to the two hole Phi 39mm, and four M8 screw holes in the plane. Among them, the main processing surface is 39mm two holes.
(2) machining surface centered on phi 50mm spline hole;
Including this group of surface: Phi 50mm sixteen tooth toothed spline, 55mm diameter and 65mm diameter of the stepped hole, outer surface and the thread surface M60X16mm.
