Ethics and Countermeasures  摘 要 随着我国社会主义市场经济发展，人们的思想观念、价值取向也跟着发生了很大的变化，很多领域出现了不和谐的音符，队伍中也出现滑坡、失范的现象。比如，有的教师治学废弛、缺乏敬业精神，对于教学不严谨甚至搞起了第二职业；有的教师经常侮辱和变相体罚学生，对学生缺少教师应有的关爱与尊重等所以，在新的历史时期下，提高广大教师对道德建设重要性的认识和师德修养的自觉性、主动性不仅仅是教师完善自我、升华自我道德境界的需求，也是发展我国教育、培养优秀人才、建设新时期的社会主义的需求。对小学教师职业道德缺失现状分析，试图寻出一条符合我国国情的、有实际效用的建设途径本文分为两大部分：引言和正文。第一大部分，引言，主要讲述教师职业、教师职业道德的内涵、形成、特点，并从整体上分析现在小学教师职业道德的现状；第二大部分，正文，主要分为三部分进行论题的详细解析。一、详细阐述现下小学教师职业道德的现状，并对师德中存在的问题做深入分析；二、主要探讨小学教师职业道德的成因，主要从个人因素、学校及教育行政管理失当以及社会根源等方面展开；三、结合对新时期小学教师职业道德缺失成因的分析，提出个人的一些看法建议：（1）为教师职业道德建设营造良好的社会氛围，（2）完善学校内部环境，（3）加强教师自身对于职业道德的学习提升自身职业道德素养。 小学教师道德失范道德建设对策Abstract With the development of society, our country socialist market economy development, the world with great changes happening, peoples ideological conception, value orientation also follow produced very big change, many domain appeared dissonant notes, we teachers team also appeared in some unharmonious passages, appeared a variety of landslide, anomie phenomenon.
