Labor relations are an important part of the modern social relations and are a kind of expression form of the production relations. With the development of economy and society, labor relations present diversification and complication. The harmonious labor relation is the important foundation of the construction of the harmonious society, and really matters to the economic development and the social stability, so we should pay much attention to that. Also due to the labor relations are the important part of social relationship. So the construction of harmonious labor relations is the basis of building a harmonious society.
