:为了提高明胶生产过程中离子交换工序的工 效率和产品质量, 节约工业原料,根据工
艺要求对该工序进行了自动化方案设计, 采用W inCC和 PLC进行监控,并通过工业以太网实现三
级网络控制目前该系统已投入使用, 既提高了产品的质量, 又实现了节约工业原料的目的, 同时
也为安全生产提供了可靠的保障

Abstract: To mi prove the system efficiency and productquality of ion exchange system of thegelatin
enterprise, and save industrial raw materia,l according to the technological requirements, the paper de
sign the process autom ation program. The system usesW inCC and PLC to monitor, and achieves three-
tier network controlthrough industrial ethernet. Now the system hasbeen put into production, notonly mi
proved the quality ofproducts, achieved thegoalof saving industrial raw m aterials, and provide the relia
ble safeguard for production.
