肿瘤防治研究2007年第34卷第12期 ·935· FoxP3 mRNA在胃癌患者CD4+CD2 5+调节 T细胞中的表达及其临床意义 付泽娴 ，孟繁杰，李保东，李冬斌，谢绍建，陈小贺，范晓燕，蔡建辉 Clinical Significance of FoxP3 mRNA Expression in CD4 CD25 Regulatory T Cells Isola— ted from Patients with Gastric Cancer FU Ze~xian，MENG Fan-jie，LI Bao-dong，LI Dong-bin，XIE Shao-jian，CHEN Xiao-he，FAN Xiao-yan． CAI Jian-hui Department of Gatrointestinal Surgery，The Second Affiliated Hospital，Hebei Medical University， Shij iazhuang 050000，China( Present：Department of General Surgery，The Affiliatecl Hospital of Hebei University of Engineering) Corresponding Author：CAI Jian-hui，E-mail：jianhuicai@ yahoo．corn Abstract：Objective To investigate the contents of CD4 CD25 T cells and the expression of FoxP3 mR— NA in these Treg cells in peripheral blood of the patients with gastric cancer and to characterize their clin— ica1 significance．Methods By using flow cytometry．the 1evels of CD4 CD25 T cells in peripheral blood of 20 preoperative patients with gastric cancer were determined．RT-PCR techniques were used to detect the expression of FoxP3 mR NA in these Treg cells，and the results were analyzed statistically in compari— son with that of 20 healthy volunteers．Results The percentage of CD4 CD25 T cells in tota1 CD4 T cells isolated from the patients with gastric cancer was(12．76 4-0．46) ，in comparison，it was(6．81± 0．66) in those from healthy volunteers．It was obviously different between Treg cells amount of gastric patients and that of volunteers(PO．O1)．The FoxP3 mR NA expression of Treg cells in the patients with gastric cancer(0．84±0．02) ]was significantly higher than that in healthy volunteers[(0．76± 0．03) ，(P()．05)．Conclusion The 1evels of CD4 CD25 T cells in peripheral blood and the FoxP3 mR NA expression of Treg cells in gastric cancer patients were increasing significantly．FoxP3 genes may play a pivotal role in regulating the function of Treg cells in self-tumor imm
