第22卷 第6期 内蒙古民族大学学报(自然科学版) V01．22 No．6 2007年 12月 Journal of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities Dee．2007 中医药治疗尿路结石病临床研究 史连和，崔奇玉，韩秀珍 (内蒙古民族大学附属医院，内蒙古通辽 028000) [摘 要】探讨并研究了中医药治疗尿路结石病的规律，提出了治疗此病以辨病论治为主，结合兼证综合论治 的论点。即以中药专方治疗为主，再根据其寒热虚实的具体情况，进行加减化裁．其基本治则即排石通淋．以自 拟方药治疗168例，结果治愈96例，显效48例，有效22例，无效2例，总有效率为98．8％．结论为中医药治疗 尿路结石病的疗效是确切的、肯定的，对此病的治疗尤其能够发挥出中医药的特色和优势． [关键词】尿路结石病；临床研究；辨病论治；中医药 [中图分类号】R691．4 [文献标识码】A [文章编号】1671—0185{2007)06—0678—03 Clinical Study on the Effect of TCM Treating Urinary Calculus SHI Lian—he，CUI Qi—yu，HAN Xiu—zhen (Affiliated Hospital，Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities，Tongliao 028000，China) Abstract：The rules for treating urinary calculus with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)were discussed and studied．The author held that the treatment for this disease should be based on dif— ferentiation of disease combined with comprehensive treatment according to secondary symptoms， namely based on specific recipe for specific syndrome．The recipe should be modified in the light of the syndromes of the disease，such as cold and heat or deficiency and excess．The basic principle of treatment for this disease was discharge of calculUS and relief of stranguria．Among 168 cases of this disease treated in Oilidepartment with Oilirecipe 96 cases were completely cured，48 cases showed excellent results．22 Cases responded to the treatment and 2 Cases failed to respond．The total effective rate of the treatment Was 98％．The curative effect of TCM treating urinary calculus is affirmative and reliable and it also has an advantage for the treatment of urinary calculus． Key words：Urinary calculus；Clinical study；Treatment based on differentiation of disease；TCM
