Part Two：Text The Ignition System All gasoline engines need some form of ignition system. This system is made up of the battery, ignition switch, distributor, condenser, ignition coil, spark plugs, resistor, low and high voltage wires. It has two functions： one is to step up the low Voltage from the battery to high voltage，and the other is to control the ignition timing to meet the engine’s need. Part Two：Text Starting system and others The starting system is the heart of the electrical system. It provides the power to start the engine. It is made up of the battery, starting switch, starter relay, starting motor and starter drive gear. The charging system is used to charge the battery and power the electrical components and systems. It is made up of the alternator, drive belt, battery and voltage regulator. The alternator is the heart of the system. Besides，there are still other systems.
