(Gjun) owns the copyright of the learning objects. 2. 使用甲方之學習元件所產生之學習教材，其中甲方之學習元件，應註明巨匠電腦股份有限公司，但甲方不負任何保固責任，且未經甲方同意不得私自複製、 轉售、轉租或公開陳列、免費散佈給授權對象以外之第三人使用 (例：公開之網站或檔案下載區 ) 。 All learning objects produced from Gjun need to be marked Gjun information Co., Ltd.; however, Gjun would not offer any warrant policy.
