第21卷第3期 华 夏 医 学 Vo1．21 No．3 2008年6月 Acta Medicinae Sinica Jun．2008 中枢神经系统感染患儿血清降钙素原测定及诊断价值 冯家伍 ，庄良鹏。 (1．广东医学院附属医院检验科，广东湛江 524001；2．广东省徐闻县人民医院，广东徐闻 524100) 摘要：目的：证实血清降钙素原在d,JL急性细菌性脑膜素及病毒性脑炎的诊断价值。方法：应用双位点夹心化学免疫 荧光法对56例中枢神经系统感染患儿的血清降钙素原水平进行测定，并比较C反应蛋白、脑脊液白细胞数、蛋白含量 对感染病因辅助诊断的价值。结果：3o例急性细菌性脑膜炎患儿血清降钙素原水平明显升高(4、52～76．55~g／L)，26 例病毒性脑炎的血清降钙素原水平仅轻度升高(O．1O～1．32~g／L)，PO．0001。而血清C反应蛋白、脑脊液白细胞数 及蛋白含量在急性细菌性脑膜炎及病毒性脑炎中有重叠。结论：血清降钙素原是鉴别小儿急性细菌性脑膜炎及病毒 性脑炎的有效指标。 关键词：急性细菌性脑膜炎；病毒性脑炎；降钙素原 中图分类号：R446．1；R729 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1008—2409(2OO8)O3一O421一O2 Detection and diagnostic value of serum procalcitonin in children with nervous system infection／FENG Jia—WU， ZHUANG Liang—peng／／Department of Clinical Laboratory，The Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical College， Guangdong 524001，China Abstract：Objective：To investigate the value of serum PCT level in children with acute bacterial meningitis or viral en— cephalitis．Methods：The serum PCT levels were measured and compared with the serum c—reactive protein(CRP)，the counts of white cells and protein concentrations of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)in 56 children．Results：The results showed that the mean value of the serum PCT in 30 children with acute bacterial meningitis were higher than that in 26 children with viral encephalitis(PO．0001)，while the data of the white cells，protein concentration of CSF and the serum CRP showed a zone of overlapping values between tWO groups．Conclusion：Our findings indicate that the measurement of the serum PCT is valuable in the differential diagnosis of acute bacterial meningitis or viral encephali— tis． Key words：acute bacterial meningitis；viral encephalitis；Procalcitonin 降钙素原(Procalcitonin，PCT)是近年来用于鉴别细菌感 性。病毒性脑炎26例(病
