Methods Samples were ultrasonically extracted with methanol, and aflatoxin B1 were separated with the cyano column by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, then measured by external standard method. Results Aflatoxin B1 standard curve had a good linear relationship within 0.1~2.0 ng/mL (r0.9998), the recovery was 80.1%~87.8%, RSD3.0%, and the limit of quantification was 1.0 μg/kg. Conclusion The established method is accurate and reliable, and it can save the pretreatment time of sample and reduce the test cost. It is suitable for the limited determination of aflatoxin B
