经管类专业大学生职前培训体系构建探究【摘要】本文以河南科技大学、洛阳理工学院、洛阳师范学院三所高校经管类专业大学生为调查对象，通过发放问卷、走访，对其主要问题、主要需求进行了综合分析，提出了经管类大学生职前培训体系的构建方案。结果证实，当前经管类专业大学生存在预期找工作难于理工科专业、学习能力弱、情感沟通能力差三大问题，需求主要集中在综合知识、职业规划、实践技能三个方面。因此，高校在经管类专业大学生培养上应转变理念，构建集职业生涯规划培训、职业技能培训、职业素养培训为一体的大学生职前培训体系：改革现有课程体系，让企业家、专家学者、政府官员等参与教学；联合企业建立综合训练基地，增加学生实习实践机会；构建综合培训体系，对学生实行全程分类指导。 【关键词】经管类专业；大学生培养；职前培训 Abstract：Taking students majored in economics and management from three universities,i.e.Henan University of Science and Technology,Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology and Luoyang Normal University as respondents,and adopting methods of questionnaires and interviews,this paper proposed the establishment of system of training before career for college students majored in economics and management based on the comprehensive analysis of the main problems and demands.The results indicate that three problems exist among the students majored in economics and management,i.e.more difficulties in hunting prospective jobs comparing to those majored in science and technology,weak learning and emotional communication capacities;and the main demands focus on three aspects,i.省略prehensive knowledge,career planning and practical skills.Therefore,universities should change principles on the cultivation of students majored in economics and management and build a system of training before career for college students integrated of career planning,career skills and professional qualities,including the reformation of current curricula system to invite entrepreneurs,scholars and officials to participate in the teaching;the establishment of comprehensive training bases by uniting enterprises to provide more practical opportunities for students;the construction of a comprehensive training system to give different guidance to different students in the whole process.
