·模具制造执木 · 基于Dynaform 和MasterCAM 仿真模拟下的 底门板模具设计及制造 关毅，张瑞辜，王璐 中车齐齐哈尔车辆有限公司冷工艺垂~(黑龙江齐齐哈尔 16 1002) { 摘要} 底门板为我厂某铁路货车敞车中的一种冲压成形制件，利用有限元软件Dynaform ， 对底门板的成形过程进行了模拟分析，通过调整相应的模拟参数，消除了乎面皮差、柑纹、裂 纹和破裂等成形问题， 并以此结果来指导Pro/E 二维模具设计; 同时在模具制造过程中，采用 Pro/E 后处理及MasterCAM加工软件对凸、凹模的制造过程进行仿真模拟，使加工过程中的 刀具路径更加合理，制造过程准确可靠。 模具经现场试验后，制件成形良好，实现了复杂起 伏成形制件模具的零调修，缩短了模具的设计制造调修周期，满足了批量生产的需要。 关键词:底门板; Dynaform ; MasterCAM ; 仿真模拟;模具设计及制造 中图分类号: TG659 ;TG385.2 文献标识码: B Design and Manufacture of Bottom Door Panel Die Based on Simulation With Dynaform and MasterCAM [Abstract ] The bottom door panel is a kind of stamping parts of rai l freighl gondola car in our factoηI，wíth the fjn ite element software Dynaform ,the forming process of the bottom door panel ís simulated and analyzed ,th e forming problem of plane degree difference ,fold,crack and rupture is eliminated by adjusting the corresponding simulation parameters,and through Ih ese to gui de the Pro/E 3D die design;during the die manufactoring to simulate the manufacluring process of male and female die wilh Pro/E and MasterCAM,make tool path in machining process more reasonable and the process accurate and reliable .After fìeld tests ,the die parts forming well， realized 山 zero adjustment of complex ups and downs shaped parts of the die , shortened the cycle of die design,manufacture,adjustment and repair,satisfjed the needs of mass production.
