提 要 目的：系统收集整理古代医籍文献中的禁灸穴记载，阐明禁灸穴的发展历程，考 辨其源流，总结主要禁灸穴在不同历史时期及整体的传承与发展变化，并整理归纳禁 慎灸穴在现代文献中的记载，完善禁灸穴的文献研究，以便为灸疗理论及临床提供借 鉴。 方法：应用文献学方法，结合现代统计学手段，利用《中华医典》（第四版）等 软件系统进行古籍检索，建立数据库，对主要禁灸穴的出处、分部、归经等情况进行 分析。 结果： （1）禁灸穴在先秦至秦汉时期萌芽与提出，魏晋隋唐时期，禁灸穴理论 基本形成；宋金元时期，禁灸穴理论继续继承和发展，明清时期是禁灸穴理论的兴盛 时期。（2）“禁灸穴”之称最早出自明代《医经小学》。禁灸穴可分为禁灸穴、慎灸穴、 妇、儿禁灸穴等 3 类。（3）57 个主要禁灸穴从不同时期归经来看，足阳明胃经与足 太阳膀胱经始终占前两位，足少阴肾经、足厥阴肝经2条经脉一直没有主要禁灸穴分 布，阳经禁灸穴都明显多于阴经。（4）古代文献主要禁灸穴的最大来源是早期记载禁 灸穴的医著与明代始流传的禁灸歌赋。 关键词 禁灸穴；慎灸穴；妇人禁灸穴；小儿禁灸穴；文献研究 Study on Literature of Contramoxibustion-point on Fourteen Regular Meridians Specialty: Acupuncture and Moxibustion Clinical study with Acupoint Author: Zhuang Mnengmeng Tutor: Professor Ge Baohe Abstract Purpose: With systemic and comprehensive collection and categorization of theancient literature of Traditional Chinese Medicine concern with main contramoxibustion-points, this thesis aimed to clarify the development course and sort out the process of inheritance and change of the contramoxibustion-points. Look through the source record of main contramoxibustion-points, then sum up so as to promote the literature study of contramoxibustion-points, which may act as theoratical and clinical reference. Methods: In the light of the method of the literature combined with statistic analysis including The Chinese Medicine Standard as a example, the ancient literatures were retrieved and the database established,by which the source , body parts location and meridian tropism of main contramoxibustion-points are analized.
