参芪地黄汤化裁对治疗慢性肾功能衰竭早中期气阴两虚证的临床探究.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：为探索治疗慢性肾功能衰竭早中期的有效方法，根据其脾肾气阴两虚、瘀 浊内阻的病机特点，提出益气养阴、活血除湿为根本治法，并拟定参芪地黄汤化裁， 从临床观察进行了研究。方法：临床将 60 例早中期慢性肾衰患者随机分为参芪地黄 汤化裁治疗组，和开同对照组。给药 8周后，检测患者相关实验室检查，并观察患者 的证候改变。结果：临床研究表明，本方能有效改善临床症状和体征，能明显降低患 者尿蛋白定量及定性指数、尿红细胞计数、Scr、血β2-MG，提高肾功能，总有效率 83.33％，显著优于对照组。结论：本方对改善微循环、恢复肾功能有良好作用，是 治疗慢性肾衰的有效方剂。 关键词 慢性肾功能衰竭；气阴两虚瘀浊内阻；中医治疗；益气养阴 The Clinical research of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction to treat Syndrome of deficiency of Qi and Yin in early and middle stage of CRF Specialty: Surgery of TCM Author: Cong Xiaoxiao Tutor: Pro.Si Guomin Abstract Objective:To explor the effective treatment of early and metaphase in CRF,according the pathogenesis characteristics of spleen and kidney deficiency of both qi and Yin, put forward the treatment of supplementing qi and nourishing yin, promoting blood circulation and dehumidification, protocol the prescription of ShenqidihuangTang. Research through the cinical observation. Methods: 60 patients with CRF in early and metaphase were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 patients each.The patients in treatment group were gaven ShenqidihuangTang. The patients in control group were gaven Compound α-Ketoacid Tablets.After 8 weeks,test the laboratory data of all patients and observe the change of syndrome. Results:The prescription can effectively improve symptom and signs of CRF patients,obviously reduce the urinary protein, urinary red cell,SCR, blood β2-MG. and improve renal function.The total efficiency was 83.33% and obviously better than control group. Conclusion: ShenqidihuangTang show a good role to improve microcirculation, recovery renal function.
