3.3 聚合填充法制备聚烯烃基复合材料的流变行为（The rheological behavior of polyolefin matrix composites is prepared by polymerization） Rheological behavior of poly (vinyl chloride) composite prepared by 3.3 polymerization filling method Introduction of 3.3.1 polymerization filling method The polymerization filling method is a new method for preparing composite materials. The main feature of this method is to complete the filling process in the polymerization process, and to prepare polymer packing composite system in a polymerization kettle. The process of preparing inorganic fillers filled polyolefin based composites by polymerization filling method can be divided into 3 stages, namely, the pretreatment of inorganic fillers, the activation of inorganic fillers and the polymerization stage of ethylene monomers. The specific process can be depicted visually as shown in figure 10-26. Fig. 10-26 schematic diagram of polymerization filling process The active site of olefin polymerization occurs on the surface of the inorganic particles after activation, and the active center causes polymerization of olefin monomer, forming a polymer coating on the surface of the inorganic filler particle. For the porous layered inorganic packing aggregates, the active centers not only exist on the outer surface of the particles, but also have a large number of active centers in their voids. The polymerization of olefin monomers not only make inorganic particles coated by polyolefin, in the inner cavity is filled with olefin polymer, which is conducive to the polymer matrix and inorganic filler particles in close contact and good infiltration. The polymer matrix is polymerized directly on the surface of inorganic particles, so the composite material generated in the inorganic particles are uniformly dispersed in the polymer matrix, with good interfacial adhesion between the inorganic filler particles and the polymer matrix.
