It was a historic moment and became another hot spot of protein research. Subsequently, such proteins interaction maps were also brought to success in the fly, worm and even human during five years. So rapid progress in large-scale protein-protein interactions turned up many new angles of view for investigating the mechanisms of cell functions, actually it also suggested the development and complement of research method itself. In this article we summarized the progress of techniques in large-scale protein-protein interactions and showed their differences. Anyway, the researchers should choose right means to perform their diverse intentions.
