In this paper, on the basis of reference to other documents, according to the present situation of our securities market, on information disclosure of listed companies in our country, analysis of the current market of disclosure violations, put forward the corresponding countermeasures in several aspects. We hope to provide some ideas and concrete Suggestions on the improvement of the information disclosure system of listed companies in our country, so as to improve the healthy and steady development of Chinas securities market.
