CT引导下骶髂关节注射治疗强直性脊柱炎（CT guided lower sacroiliac joint injection for ankylosing spondylitis） Injection of sacroiliac joint under CT guidance for ankylosing spondylitis 2010-09-06 Zhang Xiao Dai L Chen Shaoqiong Abstract: Objective To study the method and effect of sacroiliac joint injection in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Methods under the guidance of CT, patients in the prone position, the lumbar puncture needle inserted in the sacroiliac joint injection of Diprospan (1 ml) or methylprednisolone acetate (50 mg) + 2% ml 2 procaine. Results 12 cases of AS after injection of sacroiliac joint, 10 cases were effective (7 cases markedly effective in 3 cases), 2 cases were ineffective, the total efficiency of 83%, lower back pain severity, the longer the attack on the NSAIDs reaction and the worse, the better curative effect. Conclusion the treatment of AS with sacroiliac joint injection is an effective method, and the curative effect is definite in the near future (3~6 months), and it will be better to choose the right patients.
