应用腹腔镜完全手术野功能行多科室联合手术【摘要】 目的 探讨应用腹腔镜完全手术野的功能行多科室联合手术的临床价值。方法 总结本院2年45例应用腹腔镜普外、妇产、泌外多科室联合手术的方法,手术效果。19例胆囊合并子宫肌瘤,11例胆囊合并卵巢囊肿,9例胆囊合并卵巢畸胎瘤,1例脾合并子宫肌瘤,1例肝左叶良性结节合并子宫肌瘤,3例阑尾合并子宫肌瘤,1例脾合并左肾囊肿开窗,均在腹腔镜下切除胆囊,肾囊肿囊壁电凝开窗、肝左叶、脾、卵巢囊肿、卵巢畸胎瘤、阑尾、9例子宫切除。15例腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除。结果 部分需要增加1~2个穿刺孔,手术时间增加10~40 min,全组术后恢复良好,不增加住院时间,无并发症。结论 一次麻醉完成多种疾病手术,充分利用腹腔镜的完全手术野的功能,多科室联合手术治疗腹腔内多种疾病,不仅体现微创优势,还缩短了麻醉、手术和住院时间,从而减轻了患者的经济负担。 【关键词】 腹腔镜;多科室;联合手术 Laparoscopic surgical field function fully multijoint surgery department HOU Qingzhi.The First People’s Hospital of Yangquan,Shanxi,Yangquan 045000,China 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of laparoscopic surgical field full of multifunctional cooperation department of clinical value.Methods 2 years in our hospital 45 case of laparoscopic general surgical,maternity,secretion outside the joint operation of multisection method,the effect of surgery.19 cases of gallbladder Hysteromyoma merger,the combined 11 cases of cystic ovarian cyst,9 cases with ovarian cystic teratoma,1 case of uterine leiomyoma combined spleen,left lobe 1 cases of benign liver nodules Hysteromyoma merger,the combined three cases of appendiceal uterine leiomyoma,1 case of splenic cyst fenestration combined left kidney.In the laparoscopic resection of the gallbladder,kidney cyst wall fenestration electrocoagulation,left lobe of liver,spleen,ovarian cyst,ovarian teratoma,appendicitis,9 cases of uterine resection.15 cases of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy.Results Some of the need to increase 1 to 2 puncture holes to increase the operation time 10~40 min,a good recovery after the whole group,not to increase the length of stay without complications.Conclusion Completed a variety of diseases of narcotic operation,make full use of laparoscopic surgical field the complete functions,multisection joint intraabdominal surgery for a variety of diseases,not only the advantages of minimally invasive,but also shorten the anesthesia,surgery and hospitalization time,so a
