碳交易及其会计核算 ——基于多案例的分析 Carbon trading and its accounting system ——Based on the analysis of multiple cases 声明及论文使用的授权 本人郑重声明所呈交的论文是我个人在导师的指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研究成果。除了文中特别加以标注和致谢的地方外，论文中不包含其他人已经发表或撰写的研究成果。 论文作者签名 王丹 2016 年 3 月 6 日 摘 要 随着全球气候变暖的现象日趋严重，已经严重影响了人类社会的可持续发展与生产生活，人们开始越来越认知到发展低碳经济的重要性与紧迫性，也由此催生了一个碳交易市场。对于我国而言，碳交易尚处于起步阶段，因此，我们有必要加深对碳交易的研究，理清参与排控企业与碳交易相关的会计确认、会计计量和信息披露等问题，以期进一步推动碳交易及其会计核算在中国的发展。 本文将首先明确碳交易的含义和碳交易产生的基本原理，并概述其国内外的发展现状。其次探讨在碳交易市场机制下企业碳交易的会计确认、计量以及会计信息披露所存在的问题，并结合参与碳交易的排控企业的具体案例进行分析，给出核算建议。最后，评述碳会计核算在我国的应用现状，并对碳会计核算在我国的本土化发展提出几点改进措施。 关键词：碳交易；碳排放权；会计核算 Abstract Global warming has seriously affected the sustainable development of human society and day-to-day production. Faced with this situation, people begin to realize the importance and urgency of developing a low-carbon economy, which also spawned a carbon trading market. As we all known, carbon trading is still in the initial stage in China. Therefore, it is necessary for us to deepen the study on carbon trading, sort out the accounting recognition, accounting measurement and information disclosure related to carbon trading, in order to further promote the development of carbon trading and carbon accounting in China. This article will first clear the meaning and the basic principles of carbon trading, and summarizes the developing state of carbon trading at home and abroad.
