提 要 目的：系统观察清热泻火法对颈动脉粥样硬化及斑块的干预作用，探讨作用机理， 为寻求抗动脉粥样硬化、稳定斑块的有效中医治法提供依据，从而丰富卒中一级、二 级预防的内容。方法：入选颈动脉粥样硬化患者 43 例，根据证候标准分为火热证组 和非火热证组，火热证组给予清热泻火中药联合阿托伐他汀和阿司匹林治疗，非火热 证组给予相应对证中药联合阿托伐他汀和阿司匹林治疗，疗程6个月。观察治疗前后 颈动脉IMT、斑块面积、斑块长、斑块宽以及超声评分，检测治疗前后血甘油三酯（TG）、 总胆固醇（CHOL）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）水平的变化。结果：两种联合治疗方法均能 显著改善患者临床症状。火热证组能显著减小颈动脉IMT、超声评分、斑块面积，同 时有明显降低血TG、CHOL、LDL的作用；非火热证组治疗前后效果不明显，但两组无 显著性差异。结论：清热泻火法联合西药基础治疗能有效降低颈动脉IMT，缩减斑块 面积，具有较强的抗动脉粥样硬化作用，值得临床推广。 关键词 颈动脉粥样硬化；清热泻火法；火热 Clinical Observation on Clearing Away Heat and Reducing Fire Treatment to Acute Carotid Artery Atherosclerotic Speciality： the study of neuro-medical disease clinical of TCM Author ： Li Shiqing Tutor： prof.
