· 16· Shanghai J Acu-Mox，Mar 2008，Vol 27，No 3 文章编号：1005-0957(2008)03-0016-02 · 临床研究· 斯奇康穴位注射配合中药治疗变应性鼻炎疗效观察 徐书华 (河南省商丘市中心医院耳鼻喉科，河南476000) 【摘要】 目的 观察斯奇康穴位注射配合辛芩颗粒口服治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法 将86例变应性鼻炎患者随机 分为两组，治疗组46例采用斯奇康注射液行迎香、合谷、足三里穴位注射，同时口服辛芩颗粒，疗程1个月；对照组40例服用 盐酸西替利嗪，用药1个月。1个月及6个月后分别评定治疗效果。结果 1个月后治疗组有效率为97．8％，对照组为 95．0％，两组差异无统计学意义(P0．05)；6个月后治疗组有效率为84．8％，而对照组有效率降为47．5％，两组差异有统计 学意义(P0．05)。结论 斯奇康穴位注射配合辛芩颗粒口服，不但能有效缓解变应性鼻炎的症状，而且疗效持久，在减少复 发方面较西药具有明显优势。 【关键词】针药并用；鼻炎，变应性；针灸疗法；水针 【中图分类号】 R246．8 【文献标识码】A Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis by Point Injection of BCG Polysaccharide Nucleic Acid plus Oral Administration XU Shu— hua． Department of Otorhinolaryngology，Henan Shangqiu City Central Hospital，Henan 476000，China 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of point injection of BCG Polysaccharide nucleic acid plus oral adminis· tration of Xinqin Keli in treating allergic rhinitis．Methods Eighty—six patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly allocated to two groups．The treatment group of46 cases were treated by points Yingxiang(U 20)，Hegu(LI 4)and Zusanli(sT 36)injection of BCG Polysaccharide nucleic acid plus oral administration of Xinqin Keli for one month．The control group of 40 cases were treated by oral administration of Cetirizine Hydrochloride for one month．The therapeutic effects were evaluated one month and six months later． Results After one month，the efficacy rate was 97．8％ in the treatment group and 95．0％ in the control group；there was no statisti— cally significant difference between the two groups．After six months．the efficacy rate was 84．8％ in the treatment group and 47．5％ in the control group；there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups．Conclusion Point injection of BCG Poly— saccharide nucleic acid plus oral administration of Xinqin Keli can not only effectively relieve the symptoms o
