职业女性迟发性痤疮与精神因素、IL-6的相关性研究和疏肝清热饮疗效观察.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：观察职业女性迟发性痤疮发病与精神因素、IL-6 的相关性及疏肝清热饮的 治疗疗效，并对其可能的作用机理进行探讨，进一步揭示精神因素在女性迟发性痤疮 发病中的重要作用。方法：将 60 例女性迟发性痤疮患者随机分成治疗组（疏肝清热 饮组）、对照组（丹参酮组），疗程均为 6 周。每组患者均采用汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA ） 五级评分法进行评分。另选 20 例正常人为正常对照组。用双抗体夹心 ELISA 法检测 所有患者治疗前后外周血 IL-6 水平，并与健康人 IL-6 做对照。结果：两组患者治疗 前均有焦虑紧张症状，外周血中 IL-6 水平较正常人明显增高，差异有显著性（P0.05 ）， 二者呈正相关。治疗组治疗后 IL-6 水平明显降低，虽未恢复正常，但与治疗前相比 差异有显著性（P0.05 ），HAMA 评分下降（P0.05 ）。对照组治疗后 IL-6 水平较治 疗前有所下降，但差异无显著性 （P0.05 ），治疗后 HAMA 评分无明显变化 （P0.05 ）。 治疗组治愈率 60.0%，有效率 93.3%，对照组治愈率46.67% ，有效率 70.0%，治疗组 疗效明显优于对照组，二者相比差异有显著性（P0.05 ）。结论：职业女性迟发性痤 疮患者存在焦虑、紧张等情志改变，且体内 IL-6 水平明显增高，二者呈正相关。疏 肝清热饮能够改善患者的焦虑情志异常状态，作用机理之一可能是通过调节血清中 IL-6 水平而发挥疏肝解郁、调节情志的治疗作用。 关键词 女性迟发性痤疮；精神因素；IL-6 ；疏肝清热饮； Correlation study of psychological factors IL－6 and the patients of professional womans with late-onset acne and the clinical efficacy of ShuGanQingRe Decoction Postgraduate Name : Jiao Jian Research Supervisor : Prof. DU Xixian Major: Clinical Discipline of Chinese and Western Integrative Medicine Abstract Objective: To observe the correlation of psychological factors and IL －6 on the patients with late-onset acne of professional womans and the therapy effect of ShuGanQingRe(SGQR) decoction, and to discusss the possible function mechanisms, and to disclose the significant effect of the psychological factors in the professional Women with late-onset acne.
