星级酒店管理英语专业教学案例 桂林市职教中心 陶玉琼 一、 背景英语采用模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成一套循序渐进的学习程序。但由于学生认知水平的发展具有规律性和局限性，教师只有充分认识和掌握这种规律，并结合教学实际合理设计教学程序，充分发挥学生的主体作用，教学相长，才能使教学效果最优化。二、 教材分析1．话题。本课选取的是展开讨论的。2．语言点。 How many pieces of luggage do you have? Please take care of the steps. 3．目标。 引导学生根据领会所要谈论的职业话题，启发学生的思维。 掌握谈论此类话题的基本句式、词汇。 使学生了解关于一些如何用英文表达。Step 1 Lead-in： What should you do if a guest comes to stay in your hotel? Let students discuss in Chinese in groups设计思路：活跃课堂气氛，激发学生的Step2 The whole check the answer to make sure the procedure of greeting guests.1. 问候客人2.帮助客人拿行李带领客人去前台祝福教学思路：便于学生知识形成系统性便于更好的理解和运用。Step 3 Ask students to find out the key sentences about each procedure.教学思路：1.问候客人（greeting the guests）：Good morning, sir./ madam./ gentlemen./ ladies./ ladies and gentlemen. ② Welcome to our hotel ↓ 2.帮助客人拿行李（help the guests with the luggage）： Can I help you? ② Is this your luggage? / Are all this yours? ③ How many pieces of luggage do you have? ④ Let me help you with your suitcase? / Ill take them for you. /Can I help you with your suitcase? ↓ 带领客人去前台（show the guests to the front desk)： Ill show you to the front desk. ② This way, please. ③ After you, please. ④ Please step this way. Step 4 Ask students to remember all the key sentences.教学思路：Step 5 Ask students to do role-play by using the key sentences. 教学思路：给学生自由练习的空间，让他们在使用语言中巩固知识，感受用英语交流的成就感，从而培养了学生的运用语言、进行合作学习的精神。三、反思。在教学实践中，笔者也体会到，新课程英语教学应当处理好以下关系：1．正确处理教师“教 ”和学生“学”的关系。教师应更多的关注如何让学生学会自学，而不是单方面的向学生灌输语言知识。教学过程应该是学生在教师的帮助和指导下，掌握知识，并且形成技能的过程。教师应当更好的发挥学生的主体地位，让学生自己去发现问题、分析问题、解决问题。2． 在教学设计过程中，要尽可能考虑学生情感在教学中的运用
