补肾固冲法治崩漏近十年中医文献系统评价.pdfVIP

提 要 通过追溯2000年～2009年研究崩漏的中医文献资料，采用评价研究、循证医学 的方法,对补肾固冲法治疗崩漏的临床疗效进行系统评价，以期对崩漏的临床治疗及 科研提供帮助。本研究共分为两个部分：第一部分对纳入文献的质量进行评价，包括 对文献基本资料、崩漏诊断的相关标准、临床科研方案设计情况等方面的质量分析； 第二部分进行补肾固冲法治疗崩漏的 Meta 分析。对纳入的文献进行评价，发现存在 随机化操作欠佳、盲法应用不足、样本量的确立依据不明确、疗效判断标准不一致、 统计分析方法描述简单、未提及失访和退出等问题；Meta 分析结果：补肾固冲法治 疗崩漏的疗效确切。 关键词 崩漏；补肾固冲法；评价研究；循证医学 System Analysis of Nearly Ten Years TCM Literature about Bushenguchong Therapy in Treating Metrorrhagia and Metrostaxis Speciality: Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine Graduate: Men Yujuan Tutor: Prof. Wang Dongmei Abstract This paper make system evaluation about the clinical effects of Bushenguchong therapy in treating metrorrhagia and metrostaxis, using the methods of Evaluation investigation and Evidence-based medicine, in order to help the clinical treatment of uterine, on the accomplishment of TCM on treating metrorrhagia and metrostaxis from 2000 years to 2009 years at home.The paper divides into two chapters: the first chapter is the quality evaluation of selected literature, including the qualitative analysis of the basic information of literatures, relative standers of diagnosing metrorrhagia and metrostaxis, the designing situation of clinical scientific research scheme; the second chapter is the Meta-analysis of Bushenguchong therapy treating metrorrhagia and metrostaxis. Through the evaluation of including literature, finding some questions such as randomization is not well, application of blinding method is insufficient, established basic of sample size is explicit, inconformity of curative effect judgment standard, description of statistics method is simple，no mentioned about withdraw and exit.
