急性白血病患者骨髓塑胶包埋切片 原癌基因的表达 浦杰 莫东华 广西桂林医学院附院血液病科，广西桂林 541001 摘要：目的 为探讨骨髓塑胶包埋切片在AML白血性细胞内c-myc 蛋白检测中的应用价值。方法 使用APAAP 免疫组化法检测20例急性白血病治疗前切片内C-myc原癌基因的表达，并与常染色行同步观察。结果 15例AML时，19%~78%白血病细胞内含有C-myc蛋白，其含量在每例患者中多变。比较之下，治疗前5例ALL中各例均无C-myc阳性细胞。6例非恶性血液病患者（缺铁性贫血3例，慢性病贫血3例）骨髓切片均呈C-myc反应阴性。5例AML患者C-myc蛋白半定量值明显高于平均值者，治疗后均未缓解。其余10例则均有不同程度缓解。结论 骨髓塑胶包埋切片除能通过C-myc蛋白半定量值准确估计AML预后，亦能进行C-myc阳性细胞形态观察，方法简便，有临床应用价值。 关键词：急性白血病；骨髓塑包切片；C-myc原癌基因 Proto-oncegene expression in Bone Marrow Sections with Plastic embedded for acute leukemic patients.
