Informal organizations, also known as small groups in organizations, are informal groups formed by members of the organization in the process of working together and having common social feelings. 1, the characteristics of informal organizations

They feel that speech, clothes, actions and so on are very casual, and there is no natural constraint, so they enjoy it. Management experts have found one rule: that people have the need to integrate, and that informal unions will increase if they do not get the satisfaction they need from formal organizations or leadership measures. Informal organizations focus on people and their relationships, while formal organizations emphasize the formal status of power and responsibility. So informal power belongs to the individual, while formal authority is attached to the position. Informal power is personal, while formal authority is official.
