I. The present situation of human resources management of Construction Bank
In recent years, CCB has been committed to the improvement of human resources management, the introduction of a new human resources management mechanism. In order to achieve the Construction Bank development strategy, enhance core competitiveness as the starting point, and actively explore the positions of up and down, income can be increased or reduced, the incentive and restraint mechanism for personnel to enter and exit, has been trying to achieve the organic unity of the Construction Bank of the maximization of enterprise value and individual value maximization. However, there are still many problems in the human resources management of Construction Bank, these problems seriously affect the smooth running of the daily work of CCB, the main problems are:
