I. the status of gender discrimination in Chinas job market
In recent years, the phenomenon of sex discrimination in Chinas job market is mainly reflected in three aspects, namely, the low employment rate of female population, the great proportion of laid-off workers and unemployment, and the large gap of occupational compensation.
