建立双赢的合作营销关系(Establish a win-win cooperative marketing relationship)
With the wide application of the increasingly fierce market competition and marketing strategy, it has been found that many well planned marketing mix in after the implementation of the difficulties, because the opposite relationship between manufacturers and suppliers, distributors and peer competition vicious competition between rival, to re-examine the relationship between enterprises, help in our understanding of a new marketing concept, marketing cooperation. This paper discusses the advantages of cooperative marketing and how to establish a cooperative marketing relationship from the manufacturers point of view.
First, win-win cooperative marketing
Modern enterprise marketing calls for a new marketing concept which embodies win-win philosophy - the emergence of cooperative marketing. Cooperative marketing refers to the marketing activities between enterprises through establishing long-term stable cooperative relationship, so as to achieve the goal of improving their revenue and expanding market share.
1. work with suppliers
Close cooperation between enterprises and suppliers, and fully communicate the product development, quality and other aspects of information, will be more conducive to the realization of both marketing goals. To establish long-term and stable cooperation with suppliers, manufacturers should give reasonable profits to suppliers, so that suppliers in product design, development and manufacturing and other aspects of considerable cooperation. The cooperation between the two parties can achieve good results in several aspects:
(1) product specification. The enterprise and the supplier collaborative work can ensure to provide accessories specifications both for the production ability of the supplier can meet the manufacturers requirements; can not only reduce the return ratio, and can improve the distribution level, reduce the transaction costs, the supplier and manufacturer of
