5., these Measures apply to the company administrative positions, staff and department deputy director (inclusive) all the above management personnel.
The second chapter is the procedure and content of performance appraisal
1, the examination basis mainly includes: Post description, work goal and task plan, enterprise rules and regulations.
2, the assessment content is divided into task performance and management performance two aspects:
(1) task performance refers to the fulfillment of individual and department tasks:
A. the quality of their work: routine work rate, the rate of responsibility behavior in place, no workers (customers) complaints;
B. the amount of work done by the unit: total amount of work done in unit time (effective load, excess or advance);
