当代妇科名老医学术流派探究.pdf

提 要 本文综合应用文献分析、问卷调查等方法，本着“纵向与横向相结合，群体与 典型相结合”的原则，以“十五”、“十一五”立项的“名老中医学术经验传承研究” 课题中的 17 位妇科名老中医及其传人为研究对象，通过整理分析其学术思想，梳理 其学术流派的现状及发展趋势，阐释了当代中医妇科学术流派的内涵，提出了当代中 医妇科仍然有典型学术流派，并对典型学术流派进行了重点论述，同时还总结了当代 中医妇科名老中医学术思想的共同特征，对不符合典型流派特征的原因进行了总结分 析。在此基础上，结合研究过程，就当代中医妇科名老中医学术传承质量不稳定，学 术流派研究存在的困难等问题进行了一定的分析，形成了关于发展当代中医妇科学术 流派的几点建议。 关键词： 学术流派；中医妇科；名老中医 Research on Academic Schools of Contemporary Gynecology Old Famous TCM Doctors Specialty: Literature in TCM Tutor: Song Yong mei Author: Dong Li li Abstract With the methods of Literature analysis and Questionnaire survey ,in line with the combination of horizontal and vertical and the combination of group and typicality, the treatise takes seventeen gynecological old famous TCM doctors and their successors who are included in the subject of “Research On Academic Experience Inheritance Of Old Famous TCM Doctors”as the research object, which is based on “the tenth five-year plan” and “the 11th five-year plan”. By sorting out and analyzing their academic thought, the study combs their present situation and development tendency of academic schools, explains the connotation of gynecological academic schools , puts forward that the contemporary Chinese medicine gynaecology still has typical academic schools and is key to discuss the typical academic schools. Furthermore, the paper sums up the common features of the contemporary gynecological old famous doctors and analyses the reason of features ,which are not conform to the typical academic schools features.
