第 30 卷 第 2 期 采矿与安全工程学报 Vol.30 No.2 2013 年 03 月 Journal of Mining Safety Engineering Mar. 2013 文章编号：1673-3363-(2013)02-0211-071 坚硬厚顶板条件下岩层破断及 工作面矿压显现特征分析 杨敬轩，鲁岩，刘长友，杨宇 ( 中国矿业大学矿业工程学院，煤炭资源与安全开采国家重点实验室，江苏 徐州 221116) 摘要 以石屹台煤矿生产实际为背景，采用理论分析与现场实测相结合的研究方法，对不同支撑 边界条件下坚硬厚顶板破断及来压特征进行了分析。研究得到顶板破断位置及尺寸的确定方法及 步骤：1) 根据顶板不同支撑边界求得岩层应力分量表达式；2) 根据深梁、长梁结构应力分布特 点，结合长梁易破断位置应力，给出顶板危险垮断尺寸；3) 修正顶板危险垮断尺寸得到坚硬厚顶 板岩层内最大主应力及剪应力分布；4) 选定最大拉应力或剪应力值接近岩石抗拉或抗剪强度时的 垮断尺寸作为顶板极限安全跨距。结果表明：石屹台煤矿坚硬厚顶板以剪断特征为主，顶板初次 垮断及周期来压步距分别在35.0 m 与9.8 m 左右。 关键词 坚硬厚顶板；安全跨距；破断位置；周期来压 中图分类号 TD 31 文献标识码 A Analysis on the rock failure and strata behavior characteristics under the condition of hard and thick roof YANG Jing-xuan ，LU Yan ，LIU Chang-you ，YANG Yu (School of Mines，State Key Laboratory of Coal Resources and Safe Mining，China University of Mining Technology，Xuzhou ，Jiangsu 221116 ，China) Abstract Theoretical analysis and field measurement were adopted to analyze the hard and thick roof breaking characteristics under the different support boundary conditions in Shigetai coal mine.
