国际比较:智力障碍教育与康复研究现状与展望 1 徐敏 ,王靖周 (福建师范大学 体育科学学院, 福建 福州 350108) 摘要:采用文献法和比较研究法就国内外智力障碍教育与康复的现状进行综述和比较. 研究发现:与发达国家相比,我国智力障碍的相关法规有待全面覆盖;非政府组织参与研究和支持服务的数 量和程度不够;尚未形成科学的监管机制和评估体系;融合教育的总体程度不高;教育与康复的目标、课程 设置跟不上国外部分发达国家的多元化、个性化、小班化的发展趋向. 研究建议:转变服务观念;协调处理政府与非政府组织的关系;加强专业服务人员 伍建设;整合优质资源, 构建一体化的教育康复模式,创造融合条件,并积极探索个性化、多元化的工作模式. 关键词:智力障碍 ;教育;康复;国际比较 International Comparison: Intellectual Disability Education and Rehabilitation Research Status and Prospect XU min , WANG Jingzhou (School of Physical Education and Sports Science, Fujian Normal University, Fuzhou, Fujian 350108, China) Abstract: By the methods of the literature review and the comparison, this paper analyzes the education and rehabilitation of the intellectual disability. The result shows that compared with the developed countries, the extent of the laws and regulations remain to be covered, non-governmental organization quantity and degree of participation in research and support services is not enough, scientific supervision mechanism and evaluation system have not formed, the level of inclusive education is not high, education and rehabilitation objectives, curriculum does not follow to go up with diversified, personalized, small-class trend. It put forward some suggestions such as changing the service conception, increasing the construction of professional team, coordinating the relationship between government and non-governmental organizations, integrating of high quality resource, creating the condition of fusion, exploring personalized, diversified work mode.
