磺脲类合并二甲双胍继发失效的2型糖尿病加用拜糖平的疗效观察（Efficacy of acarbose in type 2 diabetes mellitus secondary to metformin failure） Efficacy of acarbose in type 2 diabetes mellitus secondary to metformin failure 2009-12-14 Ning Guang, Wang Qinqin, Li Xian, Damon, Luo Bangyao, Xu Manyin, Chen Jialun [Abstract] Objective To observe the efficacy of acarbose in type 2 diabetes mellitus secondary to metformin failure. Methods a total of 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated with sulfonylurea combined with guanidine were divided into acarbose group (30 cases) and placebo group (20 cases) according to the principle of non equal random grouping. The treatment lasted for 3 months, and compared with the treatment. Results the fasting and postprandial 1 and 2 hours blood sugar of the acarbose group decreased significantly, the effective rate was 48.3%, and the blood glucose remained unchanged in the placebo group, but only 1 cases were effective. Conclusion adding acarbose can be used as one of the treatment methods after the combination of sulfonylurea and Bi drugs.
