广西科学院学报 2008，24(2)：126～129 Journal of Guangxi Academy of Sciences V01．24，No．2 May 2008 河池市农业可持续发展评价 Eval uation of Agricul tural Sustainabl e Devel opment of Hechi City 蔡小松，宋 玉 CAI Xiao—song，SONG Yu (贵港职业学院经济管理系，广西贵港 537100) (Department of Economics and Management，Guigang Vacational College，Guigang，Guangxi， 5371O0，China) 摘要：选取 2001～2005年河池市农业资源环境、农业经济、农村社会和农业科教4大类共 2O个单项评价指 标，构建河池市农业可持续发展评价指标体系，采用层次分析法评价河池市2004年农业可持续发展状况和 2001～2005年河池市农业可持续发展演变趋势。结果显示，2004年河池市农业可持续发展程度较差，各县区 农业可持续发展水平能力表现出明显的分层，农业可持续发展力强的县区少，大部分县区处于较差到恶劣的 等级；2001～2005年河池市农业可持续发展能力在逐渐增强，但各要素的发展不均衡。建议加强农田水利及 各种基础设施建设、加快城镇化和工业化发展、深化农业产业结构调整、转移农业剩余劳动力以提高河池市农 业可持续发展能力。 关键词：农业 发展 评价 中图法分类号：Sll 9；F302．5 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1002—7378(2008)02—0126—04 Abstract：By selecting 20 individual evaluation indexes from four categories including resource environment，economy，society，science and education in hechi from 2001 to 2005，the paper constructs the evaluation index system of Agricultural Sustainable Development．The paper also evaluates the situation of agricultural sustainable development in 2004 by analytic hierarchy process and demonstrates the evolution trends of agricultural sustainable development from 2001 to 2005．The results showed that the degree of agricultural sustainable development is relatively low and significantly different from districts to districts．Only few districts show highly agricultural sustainable development capability and most districts are stil1 in poor situation．The results showed that the agricultural sustainable development capacity of Hechi City increased from 2001 to 2005． However，the key elements of agricultural sustainable development are imbalanced．In order to enhance agricultural
