Trade growth, capital flows, technology diffusion, global issues, and the general applicability of the rule constitute the five basic elements of globalization. The power of a country is important, but the right to rule is also essential. On many occasions, the rules determine the outcome. For todays world situation, the biggest impact comes from the rapid growth of Chinas economy and the overall strength of Chinas substantial increase. Chinas impact on the current world situation and the response of the vested interest group will profoundly influence the future development and direction of the international pattern. He served as deputy director of the Institute of American China Academy of Social Sciences, Graduate School professor, Ph.D., executive director of the research center of the world economy, China World Economic Association vice chairman. The research areas are international political economics, institutional economics and public choice theory. He has many academic monographs, such as economic development and system choice.
