2008，42(7)：33～35／：E瑞，等 中国兽药杂志 鸡大肠埃希氏菌灭活疫苗生产工艺改进试验 王 瑞 ，徐太辉 ，于国营 (1．吉林大学动物医学院，长春 131000；2．青岛易邦生物工程有限公司，山东青岛 266032) [收稿15t期]2008—03—04 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1002—1280(2008)07—0033—03 [中图分类号]$852．612 [摘 要] 为解决鸡大肠埃希氏菌灭活疫苗生产时培养菌数低、使用时免疫反应重的问题，在 EC24、EC30、EC45、EC50发酵培养中加入0．43％～0．53％葡萄糖，试验组和对照组相比，前者培 养菌数增加了40．8％、疫苗产量增加了32％、降低了生产成本。采用高速离心方法排除了菌液中 的毒素、减少了疫苗的副作用，蛋鸡免疫试验苗后产蛋率比免疫常规疫苗高8．7个百分点。按新 工艺试制疫苗4批，安全、效力检验合格，其它各项指标检验均能达到国家标准。 [关键词] 鸡大肠埃希氏菌；葡萄糖；灭活疫苗；改进 Avian E．coli Inactivated Vaccine Production Experiment that Improve Technological Process WANG Rui ，XU Tai—hui ，YU Guo—ying (1．College ofVeterinary Medicine，Jilin Unersity，Changchun 131000； 2．YEBIO曰 ， neering CO．LTDofQi~aao，Qingdao，Shandong 266032；China) Abstract：In order to solve the problems that the amount of avian E．coli was few and the immune reaction was too strong，when produced and used the inactivated vaccine，0．43～0．53％ glucose was put in ferment culture of avian E．coli EC24 EC30 EC45 EC50．In this case，the quantity of bacteria increased 40．8％．the output of the vaccine improved 32％ compared with the control group，the production cost was reduced．By making use of centrifugal method at high speed to produce the vaccine，the bacteria toxin was eliminated，the vaccine was free from side effect，and the laying rate of immunized chicken is 8．7percents higher than the chicken that used com— mOB vaccine．According to this new craft，4 batches experimental vaccine were produced，and when they were ex— amined f0r safety and potency，the results were all up to standard．Other results were all up to national standard ． Key words：avian E．coli；glucose；inactivated vaccine；improvement 目前国内
