刑事技术 2016 年 第41 卷 第5 期 ·技术与应用· DOI ：10.16467/j.1008-3650.2016.05.018 组合体分离痕迹检验 王京都，王 强 （上海铁路公安局徐州公安处刑事技术支队，江苏 徐州 221003） 摘　要：在现场遗留的整体分离痕迹容易被作案人忽视，几乎没有伪装，往往能客观反映案件的真实情况。对 整体分离痕迹研究分析不仅可以作为同一认定的证据，而且可以通过分析其形成过程，判定作案人的作案手段 或使用的作案工具，推断作案过程，拓展侦查信息源，常常能对破案起到事半功倍的作用。整体分离痕迹分为 单一体分离痕迹和组合体分离痕迹。本文拟以组合体分离痕迹对侦破一起破坏交通工具案的检验应用为例，介 绍从现场勘验搜寻组合体整体分离痕迹的物证，检验鉴定组合体各分离体的方法，综合应用各分离体等物证的 经验，探讨如何从勘验提取、检验鉴定、综合应用等环节检验认定被分解的各分离体是否属同一组合体，综合 检验并应用各类物证。 关键词：整体分离；痕迹特征；检验鉴定；组合体 中图分类号 ：DF793.5　　文献标识码 ：B　　文章编号 ：1008-3650(2016)05-0417-03 Physical Match of the Mutual Tallying Marks on the Detached Parts from One Integrated Assembly: Case Report WANG Jingdu, WANG Qiang (Detachment of Criminal Science and Technology, Xuzhou Division of Shanghai Railway Public Security Bureau, Jiangsu, Xuzhou 221003, China) ABSTRACT: Marks on the detached parts from one integrated assembly, often easily overlooked by the perpetrators, can objectively reflect the reality of the scene of a case because of their proximity to no disguise nor destruction. Therefore, such marks can serve as evidence so as to deduce the process of their formation, judge the means or tools used with the perpetrators, infer the course of case going, and widen the information source for reconnaissance, thereby making the case solved with less efforts. These marks are usually formed by the external forces to be appeared on the ever-existed or new-born interfaces, which are composed of two tallied or mated surfaces. This paper introduces the physical match of the marks on the parts detached from each integrated assembly in a case of destroying railway traffic tool. Discussions are made on how to search the tallied evidence at the scene. Desc
