企业核心能力理论与管理学学科的发展（The theory of enterprise core competence and the development of management discipline） Abstract: facing the practice research upsurge of the theory of core competence and entrepreneurs to build the core competence of enterprises, this paper attempts to analyze the proposed core competence categories and their extensive research in the discipline management development. This paper outlines the theory of the core competence of the background and the basic point of view, discusses the development of core competence theory may provide a new paradigm for enterprise management research, finally facing the development of core competence theory and the possible future development direction is put forward. Key words: core competence, competitive advantage, management, discipline development In recent ten years, the research on core competence (core, competence) has become a hot topic of enterprise management. A literature analysis showed that Prahalad and Hamel (Prahalad Hamel) 1990 core competence the citation rate is very high, 533 articles in the last century in 90s was included in SCI, SSCI HCI in the cited. Most of the papers published in the literature cited in the field of strategic management, technology management, management review, research and development management, project management and other professional management journals, the vast majority of these journals has been listed by SSCI as the core management journal (Zhang Wei, 2002). Chinas research on this aspect has gradually increased, and also published a large number of research literature. The concept of core competence has been cited by World Managers Digest magazine as the top 10 management practices in China over the past 10 years (Huang Jigang, 2002). This article has no intention to study the specific core competence theory and practice problem, and tries to analyze the core competence category and its extensive and deep research.
