36例难治性鼻出血临床研究【摘要】 目的 探讨难治性鼻出血的临床特点及治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析2006~2010年间收治36例经传统的局部压迫、血管收缩、镇静剂、前后鼻孔填塞等难以控制鼻出血的临床资料，并随访其后。结果 经鼻内镜查找，出血部位多发生在嗅裂区、中鼻道后端、鼻中隔后端，且老年人占多数。结论 鼻内镜下治疗鼻出血，视野清晰，止血准确，效果良好，避免了前后鼻孔填塞造成的痛苦，是治疗难治性鼻出血的有效方法。? 【关键词】 鼻出血;治疗;鼻内镜检查;难治性 ?? 【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics of intractable bleeding from the nose and the treatment methods.
