低剂量多西紫杉醇每周用药联合顺铂治疗蒽环类耐药晚期乳腺癌近期疗效及临床价值【摘要】 目的 观察多西紫杉醇、顺铂联合方案在对蒽环类耐药晚期乳腺癌治疗中的疗效、不良反应及临床价值。方法 蒽环类耐药性晚期乳腺癌患者37例,采用多西紫杉醇、顺铂方案联合化疗,多西紫杉醇30 mg/m?2静脉滴注,第1,8,15天;顺铂25 mg/m?2静脉滴注,第2~4天,每3周为1个周期。每个周期化疗结束后复查CT或MRI评价疗效,记录不良反应。结果 完全缓解1例,部分缓解18例,稳定10例,疾病进展8例,总有效率为51?3%。不良反应主要有过敏反应、骨髓抑制、消化道反应等,均可耐受。结论 低剂量多西紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗蒽环类耐药的晚期乳腺癌有较好的疗效,不良反应可以耐受。? 【关键词】 晚期乳腺癌;多西紫杉醇;顺铂 Clinical observation of combination chemotherapy based on a weekly schedule of low dose of docetaxel and cisplatin in the treatment of anthracycline?resistant advanced breast cancer YANG Guang?hua,CHEN Yun?fang,ZHANG Kai?fang.Department of Medical Oncology, Zhumadian Central Hospital, Zhumadian 46300, China 【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy, adverse reaction and the clinical value induced by the combination chemotherapy based on docetaxel (DOC) and cisplatin (DDP) in the treatment of anthracycline?resistant advanced breast cancer? Methods Thirty?seven patients with anthracycline?resistant advanced breast cancer were treated with the combination chemotherapy based on docetaxel and cisplatin, docetaxel alone at a dose of 30 mg/m?2 on the first day,eighth day,fifteenth day.Cisplatin alone at a dose of 25 mg/m2 from the sencond day to fouth day,which were repeated every 3 weeks?We reexamine CT and MRI to evaluate effect at the end of every cycle?Results In the 37 evaluable patients, 1 patient achieved a complete response.18 patients had a partial response,and 10 patients’ conditions were stabilized, other 8 patients took a change for the worse, with an overall effective rate of 51?3%?The most common adverse events were allergic reaction, hematologic toxicities, alimentary canal reaction and so on? All could be tolerated?
