呼吸功能训练对重度心力衰竭患者康复影响【摘要】 目的： 探讨呼吸功能训练对重症心力衰竭患者的治疗干预效果， 为重症心力衰竭患者康复运动方式提供参考。 方法：选取住院重度心力衰竭患者共120例。随机将患者分为呼吸功能训练组、对照组。所有心衰患者都给予常规药物治疗。观察两组患者实验前后临床数据。进行统计学处理结果： 与对照组相比，重症心力衰竭患者心功能指标没有明显提高、但实验组的临床症状有所改善，生活质量提高。结论：虽然心功能指标上从统计学上没有统计学差异，但呼吸肌训练可重度心力衰竭改善患者临床症状及生活质量。 【关键词】 重度心力衰竭，呼吸功能训练 Effect 0f respiratory function training on the recovery 0f severe heart failure ZENG Zhen* YANG Bo* HE Jing *Department of Cardiology,Renmin Hospital,Wuhan University,Wuhan 430060, China Department of Neurology,Tongren Hospital,Wuhan University, Wuhan 430060, China 【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the intervention effect 0f 4 week respiratory function training in patients with severe heart failure．and provide evidences for effective interventionof rehabilitationfor patients with severe heart failure.
