探析CT诊断单发脑脓肿影像学研究【摘要】 目的 分析34例脑脓肿患者脑部经CT增强扫描呈单发环状强化的病灶，并探讨其价值。方法 对34例经手术及抗炎治疗证实的脑部病灶进行回顾性分析，讨论脑脓肿呈特异性的单发环状强化诊断及鉴别诊断。结果 34例环形强化病灶中：其内低密度18例，等密度7例，混杂密度5例、且有钙化者4例；壁呈均匀强化者24例，壁有结节状强化6例，不规则强化4例；额叶12例，颞叶7例，顶叶6例，小脑半球3例，枕叶2例，脑深部3例;桥脑1例。脑脓肿22例、转移瘤8例、星形细胞瘤2例、陈旧血肿2例。结论 CT对脑部单发呈环状强化的脑脓肿诊断及鉴别诊断具有较高价值。? 【关键词】脑部单发呈环状强化病灶；计算机断层扫描；诊断及鉴别诊断 Discusses the CT diagnosis single shot brain abscess the phantom analysis LIN Xi-wen.Department of Radiology,The First Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihaer medical college，Qiqihaer 161042，China 【Abstract】 Objective The goal analyzes 34 cases with brains assume the single shot ring-like strengthening after the CT enhancement the focus of infection,discusses CT to assume the ring-like strengthened focus of infection to the brain abscess single shot the value.Methods The method carries on the review analysis to 34 cases after the surgery and the anti-inflammation treatment confirmation brain focus of infection,the discussion brain abscess assumes the specificity single shot ring-like strengthening to diagnose and distinguish the diagnosis.Results 34 cases ring-like strengthening focus of infection：Among them the low density were 18 cases,the equilibrium density 7 cases,the promiscuous density 5 examples,also have the calcification 4 examples;The wall assumes the even strengthening 24 examples,the wall has the knot nodular to strengthen 6 examples,strengthens 4 cases not regularly;Temporal lobe 12 examples,nie leaf 7 cases,parietal lobe 6 cases,cerebellar hemisphere 3 cases,occipital lobe 2 examples,brain depth portion 3 examples;Pons 1 example.Brain abscess 22 examples,shift lump 8 cases,star type cytoma 2 cases,obsolete haematoma 2 cases.Conclusion CT assumes ring-like strengthened to the brain single shot the brain abscess diagnosis and the distinction diagnosis has the high value.? 【Key words】The brain single shot assumes the ring-like strengthened focus of infection；The computer fault scans；Diagnosis and distinction diagnosis 探讨计算机断层扫描
