衡阳市蒸湘区社区医院医患关系探究【摘要】 目的 了解衡阳市蒸湘区社区医院医患关系的现状,探讨影响医患关系的原因和解决措施,为构建和谐的医患关系提供依据。方法 采用中心区拦截式调查方法,对衡阳市蒸湘区9所社区医院的医务人员和患者进行问卷调查。结果 该区医患关系总体趋于紧张;对医患关系紧张的责任,患方认为是医方的医术水平低、治疗效果差,而医方认为是患方的素质偏低、无端惹事生非;医方的医疗服务态度恶劣是目前医德医风中的突出问题;造成医患关系紧张的主要原因是药品价格过高、现行的医疗体制不合理、医疗保险制度不完善等;改善医患关系的主要措施有降低药品价格和检查费用、加强对医院和医务人员的财政投入、增加对患者的医疗补助和医疗保险等。结论 目前该区医患关系总体趋于紧张;建立和谐医患关系的主要措施有降低药品价格和检查费用、加强对医院和医务人员的财政投入、增加对患者的医疗补助和医疗保险等。 【关键词】 医患关系;医疗保险;医疗卫生体制 Research on doctor-patient relationship in community hospitals of zheng xiang district of Hengyang city LONG Li-liang, ZHAO Ying, LI Feng-hua,et al.School of Public Health, University of South China, Hengyang, Hunan 421001, China 【Abstract】 Objective The aim was to introduce the actuality and the traits of doctor-patient relationship in community hospitals of Zheng Xiang District of Hengyang City, analyze the reasons why doctor-patient relationship nowadays is so strained in China and provide a scientific basis of constructing harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Methods Using the central area of block-style survey methodology to investigate the doctors and patients in 9 community hospitals.Results Doctor-patient relationship in community hospitals of Zheng Xiang District was strained.Patient believes that the primary responsibility of doctor was the medical effects of low levels of bad treatment, and the doctor believe that the patient suffering from the main responsibility was the low quality of trouble for no reason.The worst service attitude was the main problem of medical ethics.Tension caused by doctor-patient relationship is the main reason for high drug prices, the existing health care system is unreasonable and so on.The main measures for improving the doctor-patient relationship were reducing drug prices and inspection costs, strengthening financial investment, increasing medicaid patients and medical insurance and so on.Conclusion Doctor-patient relationships in community hospitals was strained.The main measures for establishmenting ha
