Introduction medium sized IT enterprise is an important part of IT enterprise in our country, and the quantity is also considerable. From the historical point of view of enterprise development, it is in the middle stage of IT enterprise development. This stage is very important because it is the watershed between the immaturity and maturity of the it enterprise. If at this stage, it enterprises can make a difference in management, especially in the design of salary system. The prospects for business development will be great. Once there is a problem in management, the enterprise will be standing still or even going to ruin. In the management of the numerous problems, the most important, the most critical is the management of enterprise human resources, and as the most important part in the human resources management system, salary management and the success of more decisive significance. The author believes that the system is an enterprise management concept embodied the best, the Chinese enterprises overall salary management level and management concept, reasonable and feasible enterprise salary system is an important guarantee to achieve business objectives, so the domestic medium-sized enterprise it. So, how do our medium-sized IT enterprises design an effective compensation system? This is the topic to be discussed in this paper.
