Risk factors for Achilles tendinitis: excessive training, wrong training techniques, and lack of flexibility in the triceps 2. Current conservative treatment for chronic Achilles tendinitis: proper rest, traction, centrifugal force training and treatment, and support protection 3. Postoperative complications of surgery for Achilles tendinitis: wound infection, tendon rupture, postoperative scar hyperplasia resulting in contracture, nerve injury, etc Ii. Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of tricephalus training combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy to improve chronic Achilles tendinitis. Iii. Methods: 21 cases of chronic Achilles tendinitis athletes were randomly divided into the Calf triceps centrifugal Training (Calf Muscle Eccentric Training, CMET) group (12 cases) and control group (9 cases), CMET group was treated by routine rehabilitation therapy combining CMET rehabilitation, the control group used conventional rehabilitation therapy.
