胺碘酮、普罗帕酮对qtc离散度的影响比较及其临床意义（Comparison of the effects of amiodarone and propafenone on QTc dispersion and its clinical significance） Comparison of the effects of amiodarone and propafenone on QTc dispersion and its clinical significance 2010-09-07 Liu Zhenfen Yin Hong [Abstract] Objective To compare the changes of QTc dispersion (QTcd) and its effect on recurrence in 34 cases of amiodarone (27 cases) and Proba (respectively) under therapeutic room arrhythmia. Methods the QTcd of two groups of patients before and after 2 weeks were measured by random and single blind method. Results (1) QTc was significantly prolonged in the amiodarone group, but decreased in QTcd (44.3 + 14.9ms and 33.9 + 16.1ms, P0.05), and there was no significant change in QTc and QTcd before and after administration of propafenone (P, 0.05). (2) the amiodarone group and propafenone group respectively were 85.2% and 82.4% (P0.05); January after stopping in the ventricular arrhythmia recurrence rate were 18.5% and 50% (P0.05), propafenone group recurrence than those without recurrence of QTcd was significantly prolonged (48.7 + 15.3ms and 39.8 + 12.5ms, P0.01). Conclusion the reduction of QTcd may be an important factor of low recurrence rate of amiodarone in therapeutic room.
