F lexi lemotivation has advantages of agility, adapting to different situations, flexi le and tough. F lexi le motivation includes positivem otivation, such as econom icm otivation, and passivemotivation represented y threat motivation. The flexi lem otivationm odel constructed in this paper includes flexi lemotivational salary and salary model, threatmotivationalm ode,l restrain ingm odel of flexi le motivationalm echanism and validity testm ode.l The research result shows the flexi le m otivation could stmi ulate the employee, and non - induci le employee could e changed into induci le employee under certain condition. Them otivational degree of the enterprise is higher, and the enthusiasm of employeem aintainingm otivation will eh igher. Therefore, the flexi lemotivation is an effectivem otivational strategy andm ethod.
